Many families will be familiar with the Zoom platform used last year to present live sessions and community events.
Zoom is a safe and reliable platform for delivering content, sharing screens, and engaging with teachers. If you or your child are unfamiliar with this platform or require support at any time, click on the ‘Learning from Home Technology Help’ icon (LFH Tech Help) on the SEQTA home page or alternatively, please email support@calderwood.nsw.edu.au.
For the wellbeing of students, Zoom sessions will be limited to essential face-to-face instruction. In some cases, this will mean lessons do not continue for the full length of a normal school session.
We also invite parents to leave a message on 4230 3717 and one of our friendly IT support team will return your call.
To support our teachers, we ask that your requests for technical support be directed to these mechanisms rather than contacting your child’s teacher.
